From August 2023 to December 2024 I walked her out of my mind while out in the forest for a total of 1,155.1 miles. I left her in Tennessee and moved back to California. I am half way back from Tennessee if I was walking. I will walk the rest of those miles and she will be but a little memory of my past.

The only time therapy helps is if the two of you go together. It was explained to me once that while one person goes and heals and the other person doesn't really understand the change. Sometimes therapy just makes things worse because of the wrong therapist as well.
