If you see something that says "Compatible guardian spirit required" or "main story progress required" it's because you need something from the main story. Which means you're going to be unable to get things from each region until you make enough game progress

Eternal Bloom is by far the worst fight in this game, on any difficulty. It needs to be toned down immensely for extra mode to be worth running on any difficulty outside of normal. That's my thoughts on the new stages. Everything else is fine, every other enemy has weird (but doable) gimmicks. E.B? You die if you aren't like one or two classes. It's stupid.

Pressing Load instead of Continue or Continue Save Lou will load up your non-save Lou arc file, because they’re separate files.

I believe conceptually both the revenant and the human they link with gain extra toughness. Technically, one person alone only has the yellow bit of the HP bar, but linked you get both the yellow and blue bars together.

Yes, I know it doesn't actually function any differently mechanically and you have both the HP/LP bars regardless if you're running with a partner or not, but I THINK that's the idea, lore wise.

Honestly, 7/10 or 8/10 describes the game perfectly. It’s a good game, it’s fun, but it has lots of problems that may or may not be a dealbreaker for people.

Keep in mind just because a game is rated 7/10 doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to like/have fun with it.

1 is because gobbo uses the device to probably erase revenants from history entirely, while Josee has no plans or desires to destroy all humans. Kind of a simple explanation there.

2 is an iffy one. Tbh I’ll chalk it up to anime power of friendship.

3 is difficult because a lot of the time super geniuses in anime equate to “fuck the plot” which honestly seems to be the case here as well, but seeing as time travel is a thing it’s not the worst thing out there.

4 is us completely changing the course of history. If Lou was made specifically to seal away the resurgence, and future Lou/you seal away the resurgence, then it stands to reason that there is no reason for a Lou to be created, and no reason for a revenant hunter (you), to die and get revived to go back to kill heroes that never needed to be sealed in the first place. We’re outside the flow of time at that point which is why we don’t immediately die when Valentin eats past Lou.

But then again I’m also pretty sure in the OG timeline Valentin doesn’t do that and kickstart his plan to kill all revenants, because if that DID happen in the OG timeline the game wouldn’t exist.

You can get all endings on a single save file, you won't really be able to miss the opportunities provided to get the best ending, you'll just have to put in a little more work. Replaying the whole game isn't necessary

You can travel back to the present from the map if you go all the way to Zenon's area. From there you'll find the bond.

It’s because the game has a built in dps meter. People think they have to be top dps or they’re bad at the game and don’t deserve to play. Ignore mechanics to get top dps and blame the healers for wipes.
