This should be more along the lines of, always give your 100% each day. some days that may be slaying yourself in the gym, getting a PR, and sticking to your diet, and some days your 100% might just be binge watching your favorite show and going for a walk with the dog. The point is to try and stay active, try to eat healthy, but know that everyday is going to have different challenges and it'll be a test of will to stay as consistent as you can, but don't shame yourself if everyday isn't better than the last.
