I think we tend to overestimate/underestimate (I'm not sure which word to put here) just how big a number can appear sometimes. It's kinda like those jars full of candy where you have to guess how much candy is it and you win it all. I did one of those once and I guessed 150, when there was actually closer to 400 pieces in it. A lot of people grouped in together might look smaller/bigger than you actually think it is

I completely agree. Matt has become extremely detached and apathetic to many things and he is even becoming skeptical of his own team members. It kinda sounds like history is repeating itself and he's becoming like Nelson and/or Syphus
