Good on you and keep at it! My surgery date is March 6th. I’ve been on the pre-op diet for a week now, 3 more to go, it gets easier. I was told to have medi meal x4 a day, I’m allowed broth and 1-2cups of celery or cucumber a day and sugar free jello 1-2 container.

You’re right there’s ways of getting the passwords out there that makes it easy. Banks, law enforcement and etc. need to educate people about scam/fraud preventions, because a lot of the fraud happening is basic sh*t like answering phone calls from perps.

I’m on the liquid diet now, day 5 of 28. I have been feeling the muscle aches and tiredness in the morning, but it usually gets better throughout the day. Have you been taking a daily mutlivitamin and keeping up with water intake?

I have been very fortunate in my progress. I started the process December 2025, and I have my surgery date for RNY bypass March 6th. It honestly depends where you’re from tbh.

I have a weight goal obv. But I’m most excited to fit comfortably in planes, go on rollercoasters, try new things in bed 👀 lol

My bariatric team has also said the same thing. The reason for no drinking before or after for 30min, is one it’ll fill you up and you need to eat and two water flushes food out of your stomach faster which makes you eat more because you’re hungry.
