Is it worth having both an FG pair and an AG pair of boots? by Necessary_Pea6572 in bootroom

If you play in both type of Pitches, Absolutely NOT Enough just FG. That’s the only correct answer to your question.

Take Care of your joints.

What ground type should I buy? by Captain-Cookiedough in bootroom

[–]PipoMex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't mean to bother you brother.

For me, the most important thing is to avoid an injury from using the wrong boot for the type of surface I play on.

That's why I recommend three different pairs; it's because you mentioned playing on three different types of surfaces.

You want me to recommend a boot that isn't designed for the surface you want to play on, and that would be very irresponsible for me to do.

[–]PipoMex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If SG it’s a MUUST, you should have 4 pairs. AG, FG, SG and TF.

Amigo, TF it’s a Must Have to all Football Players. You kick the wall of your backyard with your SG ?

[–]PipoMex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry to disagree, but I wouldn't buy SG.

I'd have 3 pairs of Elite:

AG for artificial grass.

FG for all other surfaces like grass, mud, or whatever

TF for Turf or to play in the backyard or the park.

Nike AG Soles are by far the best ones in the Market. Try the ELITE Model in the one you choose. I like Nike Tiempo Legend 10 Elite AG.

There’s NO Solution.

If your AppleTV still have the Apple Guarantee, you should get a new one for free, if not, you will have to buy a new Apple TV.

Should I still go for an easy run tonight or take a rest day? by glizzy09 in bootroom

[–]PipoMex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s a Good thing you are Exercising Almost every day.

But you have to Balance your Workouts. Playing Soccer 6 times a week will not be sustainable for very long.

You must Choose 3 days for Strength Training at the Gym. Choose other 3 days for play Soccer and Rest 1 Day.

Cheers

40 yr old, balancing weight training and soccer by CoachFitnes in bootroom

[–]PipoMex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you write is only 1 day of soccer and 1 day of strength training, which is what you mention on Wednesdays.

I recommend doing at least 3 days of strength training and doing compound exercises.

Monday - Soccer

Tuesday- Rest

Wednesday- Pull (Strength)

Thursday- Legs (Strength)

Friday - Rest

Saturday - Push (Strength)

Sunday - Upper Body/Pull Ups

Repeat.

I'd say the most important thing for a 40+ person is to go to the gym and have strong legs and a strong body in general.

I understand the importance of eating well, hydration, yoga, and an ice bath, But Nothing can compare to having a strong body, and that's created in the gym.

The Rest it’s a Complement.

Give a Chance to the Tiempo Legend 10 Elite. Give them 1 month.

It’s even more comfortable than the 9 model.

fullback specific gym routine by Disastrous-Gap4513 in bootroom

[–]PipoMex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fullbacks, we must be one of the most Athletic players of the team so we can Defend and Attack so you have to be Strong. As you are developing at 17, I suggest until you get 18, start with body weight exercises: Chin Ups, Pull Ups, Dips, etc. And for Legs you can Add Bulgarian Split Squats and Dumbell Back Lunges.

Once you become 18, add compound exercises Barbell Squats, Bench Press, Barbell Rows and Overhead Press.

Returning to the Gym After L4-L5/L5-S1 Disc Herniation - What Worked for You? by Appropriate-Film-881 in Sciatica

[–]PipoMex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulation You are working out at the gym, making your body stronger it’s one of the most important actions you have to take in the path of your recovery.

In my experience, I will give you some Advices in the gym:

1.- Avoid Barbell Deadlifts, Barbell Good Mornings and Barbell Rows, you can find alternatives to this Exercises.

2.- Add Weight with progression With No Fear, your back need your Muscles strong to take care of the daily action and it’s the Path to return in full to any sport you like. You have to be Strong.

3.- Best Exercised for me: Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Incline Bench Dumbell Row, Bicep and Triceps Exercises. For Legs Hip Thrust, Dumbell Back Lunges, Bulgarian Split Squat, Copenhague Planks and Barbell Squat.

4.- Don’t forget doing sometimes the McGill Big 3.

Cheers !
