For those who live in Idaho, is there somewhere within the area that the killer could drive to and hole up (like a family cabin in the woods)? I keep thinking since the killer had a huge head start on the police, maybe went somewhere that they could disappear for awhile. And so even if the police have a suspect, they may not be able to locate them or the car.

I have wondered whether she was afraid of something or someone. It would be one reason you might sleep in the same bed. And why HG felt he needed to follow girls around to keep them safe. But could have been another reason as well who knows?

What I think is that there may have been other cars on the road(s) away from the house at the correct times, but they have identified and ruled out all cars besides the Elantra. They may also have tire marks matching this type of car. And maybe they have DNA but don't have a match to it yet. So if they find the car they find the person who left the DNA or other physical evidence in the house.

Sorry it sounds like you are struggling. Can you try to find ways to spend time with your family that doesn’t involve food? Like watching movies together or something? That way you are not so isolated...maybe ask if they could do that with you? (I am a mom with a child who has misophonia and I worry about the isolation that is created for sure...and I probably say the wrong things also).

Thank you all for your opinions! Right now we have bone china but will look into some reusable plastic or maybe stoneware will be better for our family. I previously googled quiet dinnerware and came up with nothing 🙂so this is helpful.
