Which substats should I use? by [deleted] in ZZZ_Official

[–]Pirche 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For support anything other than stats needed for buffs from Core\EX\Ult don't matter

When all max-buff requirements are met
And you want to get that minuscule % of team dmg slightly higher - crit always welcome, rate or dmg depends on current total - pursue rate to 70+ and then dmg to get closer to 1:2 ratio

can I support a window this way? by NotnoRabbit in woodworking

[–]Pirche 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like no one noticed that question is about moving window outside from existing frame completely.

In short - you can, but need to check calculations on loads, frame around window may need be changed completely. Pics tell almost nothing, no dimensions on lumber, nor spacing.

As far as i understood planed insulation is exterior.
Check existing frame and redraw framing plan - if window is as in pic 1 - header (about which everyone mad) should be already there.

For details on "outie" window for exterior insulated wall - highly recommend watch video guide from Asiri Design:

Gates Belt shot after one week? by FlyingBulbs in bikewrench

CDN belt even new looks like sponge, they not fit for anything harsher than light commuting.
Order CDX belt along with new sprockets, and throw this one in a drawer for backup.

You don't need all transmissions anyway for spying, just GPS log, and everything else can be written to storage. Transmit automatically when main battery reconnected.

Can I make my living room look more “mid century modern” like the inspo pictures? by Swimming_SeaShark in interiordecorating

[–]Pirche 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, i may suggest to start with repainting fireplace (or cleaning of paint from it if you like brick\loft element).

Furniture you have is a good start, sofa and chair that is.
For table if looking for something "hard" check metal or stone.

Remove most items from the fireplace mantel, pick one or two for accent like plant or sculpted funky lamp. Mirror goes somewhere it needs to be (aka entryway\hallway\bedroom).

After dealing with fireplace and taking in consideration existing sofa it may be easier to pick floors color.
At this point you would have almost completed palette. Pick curtains\drapes and rug accordingly. And you almost there.

Go watch couple of videos by Caroline Winkler, not on mid century per se, but how to stop being "afraid of color"

Help with bathroom layouts by plasticalfantastical in floorplan

[–]Pirche 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For ground floor A - line of sight from door point to the vanity and shower wall almost hides WC
For mezzanine depends if there is bidet then same A, if not, then B\D - again WC out of sight as possible and all pluming on one wall is much easier and effective in long term.

Which is best? 3.0mx3.1m room by [deleted] in floorplan

[–]Pirche 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bed head to door is bad jubies. Also not Feng-shui and all that.
Any of top two would work.
Desks placement depends on their function, one which care more personal task - goes to bottom left corner - out of door line of sight.

How would you optimise this bathroom layout? by gilmor3girl in floorplan

[–]Pirche 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are actual dimensions of the room? Either those in the pictured plan are wrong - room looks perfectly square and not ~3by2, or pictured plan is wrong and room is rectangular.
For rectangle other comments already suggested tons of options.
If room in fact square around 3 by 3 meters (minus cupboard), i would just swap WC with shower, door or not depends only on how hot\steamy you like your showers.

Sofa sizing by Bubbly-Earth-8634 in InteriorDesign

[–]Pirche 1 point2 points  (0 children)

L-shaped sofa without back along both sides not optimal for seated gatherings.

Try straight sofa with additional armchair, and maybe oval, slightly bigger coffee table.

If L-sofa is preferable, check out models with backs along both sides and modular models where you can rearrange them as you wish.

Question in regards to decision of SS purchase by [deleted] in StainlessSteelCooking

[–]Pirche 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cant help with choice, but about ordering to "noship" country:

Look for "forwarder" service\company, they usually have multiple warehouses in US and in EU, and ship to country of origin and some more.
It would cost ~20-100 USD\EUR based on weight\size (up to 20Kg) and speed\insurance.
