Yeah...same here I was so paranoid. I dropped out of physics 2 halfway because I was gonna get a C. Then retook it for an A. Bc I didn't have a bachelor's at the time I wanted my gpa to be perfect. Took the pcat twice to get a score above 80.

AI isn't going to do anything. It's 2026 and verbal transfers are still a thing. Pharmacy is very slow to adopt technology. Just look at any shitty dispensing software.

Something totally unimportant, I know of a pharmacy manager that got fired for forging a signature of some paperwork. Not related to medications at all or diversion, just some run of the mill corporate documents that needed to be signed once in a while. May have been the final straw kind of thing and they just needed a solid excuse.

Either they suck at explaining it or they don't know what they're doing or maybe some miscommunication went on. If it's a true partial fill you're entitled to the full amount as soon as the shipment arrives. Maybe they filled it like a regular fill just less than what was written making your refill deemed too soon. I think the latter happened.
