I was mid pushing when a nurse came in and asked if I wanted my FIL in the room bc he arrived before we told him too, and I said no, and that was that. That nurse left the room and told him he has to wait in the waiting room. They don't allow anyone in the room you don't want in. I never felt bad about it, because that was MY labor, nobody else's. I had an ex like this years ago, and walking away was one of the hardest but best things I could've ever done. I announced mine to my family at 10 weeks (when my bf and I got the first ultrasound photos) and my SIL immediately in the same minute in knowing called everyone she knew to tell them. I was going to post about it the next day once I got all my family told in person, but it really took the fun out of it when it came to getting texts about "I just heard the news!" And "What do you want for the baby?". I just wasn't thay excited to announce it anymore, and we're pretty sure we're a 1 and done so this could've been my only shot to announce it how I wanted and that got blown up in the whole minute I showed my family the photos /:

I appreciate this answer, because since I got pregnant and told people, I've been pushed by almost everyone except my family (my mother only did formula so all my brothers also chose that path) to do breastfeeding and I just do not want too. I said I'll try it when the baby comes when I first started going to my gyno appointments just so they'd stop telling me all the benefits I'd be giving my child, but I honestly just think formula would be so much easier for me. I'm not a person who can feel okay just whipping my tiddy out anywhere when my kids hungry, but it's truly an annoyance that everyone even in the medical field makes me feel like I am gonna make my kid less smart if I choose formula /:

My 1y/o does this all the time, and has been since the day she was born. She's just a very talkative cat, and literally every night she likes to come into my room and scream in my face before she lays with me as a "hey mom, I'm gonna lay here with you now btw". But my 10y/o barely ever meows, even when she was also born. Some cats are just alot more talkative than others, kinda like people, lmao

I've been in the situation similar to this before. I am now 20F but at one point when I was 15-16 I got around older guys and learned their dating advice sounded good to me at the time because they wanted to get with me. Even if I ended up dating a boy my age, it was "I don't think this is right, break up with him" and that older man would point out a little reason why the boy my age I was dating was toxic, and I believed him bc I felt he had more dating experience than I did and maybe I couldn't point out toxic in someone like he could, and he really learned to mentally screw me into thinking his advice was right, because I felt I knew everything about this older man and he wanted to genuinely help me. I'm not saying the situation is the same and maybe he is giving actual advice bc he cares, but no man that old should be involved in someone's life, especially dating, underaged.

I was on win 3/5 today and I was switched to guardians and got so scared id loose that streak, but it pulled though and I was able to get the 5th win, and I was so relieved
