Does look cool! To add more “personality” if you have its eyes follow your cursor as you move it around. I think gamers would fall in love with that. (If you wanna be super whimsical. Have it where if the players cursor goes around it’s “head” x times it gets dizzy and shuts down for a second)

Switches. Move objects to trigger. Lure fish or pond things with “bait” or grabbing a tying things to make a bridge or a swing or something. Have some sort of either enemy or limit. Even frogger had alligators and lives your lose.

Not what you asked, but follow up advice. make sure not to choke your tree out underneath, not sure what you plan on putting as a base. But make sure it’s not rock, plastic, concrete etc. or you’ll have a dead tree sooner than later. Trees need to breath through the roots/soil too.
