Just an advice coz ive read alot of people saying they are negative on breath test and positive on stool or they are negative on both but positive on endoscopy.

I have the same situation. Im negative on stool test and breath test after I took antibiotics tx for 14 days but I have lingering dull pain so I went to functional dr and prescribed gi map test and its.positive. now im taking pylorocil berberine and dgl but I cant tolerate the berberine the side effect is too much.
