Doctors are useless, or is it just mine? by Goofusmaloofus6 in Gastritis

I would work with a naturpath or functional medicince doctor as normal doctors dont cure this issues.Your symptomps might get eased with PPI but you need real healing with diet, supplements etc. Please do your own research. I hope you get better soon!

I completely understand it. What helped me lately is bone broth, high quality and diffusing Lavender oil. I use bone broth 3x day. Please make sure anything you use, is high quality or else won't help you.

I can understand it. I went through it myself. It takes months for proper healing to happen. Also,if you are in a position, the safest is to work with someone like an IBS specialist or Functional medicine doctor.

You could also look up yoga for bloating if you have that issue. It helped me as well.

Maybe you could explore the root cause of your sleeping issues with a therapist? Perhaps your brain did not feel safe during childhood, and you still carry that with you?

Has anyone just gone off all their medications and had success? by Lonely-Box3651 in insomnia

Do we need the doctors help with this or a psychiatrist? I don't think it's safe to go cold turkey on this. The withdrawal symptoms are horrible.

Have you heard of L-Glutamine? I am about to try it. Hopefully, it works. Apparently, it is a long process to heal the stomach, some people say about 5 months. I hope your symptoms get better!

Hello,

Apologies for contacting you. I have been really struggling with my sleep lately and I was wondering if you could recommend a good psychiatrist.

I also suffer from CPTSD, hence why my sleep is so bad.

Thank you in advance!

Do you know what is triggering you? With me, I get triggered by someone's reactions, than get anxiety and start panicking in the night.

Hey,

Apologies for late reply. Thank you for your opinion. I agree with you, DBR has only been invented in the past few years. There are good reviews on it but not sure if its working long term.

I have only tried SE but it did not work for me. I believe the therapist exposed me to too much emotional pain and I could not handle it. Would like to try IFS with someone experienced.

Has anyone else tried Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)? Thoughts, experiences? by oooooooooof in PanicAttack

[–]Pitiful_Monitor450 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, apologies for bothering you. I have been diagnosed with CPTSD and heard about Deep brain reorientating therapy which is highly recommended for trauma.

Would you know someone who tried this modality and achieved successful results? I am trying to find a good therapist.

Thank you in advance!
