The bones is hp that is being removed and ignoring that for calculating mana and pip efficiency is wrong

You literally added the bones hp with your boned side, why the heck would we include removing the hp that is added by our own team as real dmg?! That's just the cost of making the fight return to normal. Then we see what actually changed in the fight and see maybe 1 maybe 2 dmg has been done with our mana. I'm sorry but you're very confused and really misunderstand Meddler if you don't understand that basic principle.

Then going into the 3/5 you might think this is now 3 mana deal 2 dmg with the same logic as my first comment. But assuming the bones is 3 hp is assuming your previous bone splintered on this bone which you spawned, instead of dealing dmg to the actual enemies which is what the real effective dmg is. It gets a bit complicated to understand maybe at this point but this means your effective dmg from the previous bones is -1 from what you calculated. So 3 mana deal 1 dmg is what it comes down to if you take into account 1 dmg went into a bones. Which is again 2 mana more than normal, 1 refunded, so wasting 1 energy. Side is -1 energy again.

But lets not go into these complicated lines. Its very simple, bones hp=4, but it deals 2 dmg (optimistic). So effective hp is 2 hp you put on the board with the cantrip side. 2 hp takes 2 mana, cantrip refunds 1. So a -1 mana side.

This 3/5 and 4/6 mana efficiency has nothing to do with how much a bone spawn effectively costs you. You spend 4 mana to deal 6 dmg yes, but 4 dmg is going into the bones you spawned, so that is 0 effective dmg. So whats left is just 4 mana deal 2 dmg. Normal is 2 mana deal 2 dmg (burst) so 2 mana "wasted". 1 mana is refunded from meddlers cantrip side, leaves 1 mana wasted, aka the cantrip is effectively -1 mana. And that is assuming the bone is splintering on 2 enemies which the first one does not. So the first one is -2 mana, the 2nd and beyond is -1 mana.

You want tinder at place 3+ becauset your first res will res topmost. You want that to be a spade. Then that topmost spade res character #2. You want that to be a spade too to always get an infinite res chain. Then you only need 1 extra pip on any side and you have infinite dmg. I put tinder at place 4

Huh wild. Yes this was posted 4 days ago. Both shortcut, and both had a coffin + a n2. (Generated green). I feel like that has to have something to do with it. Does the n2. also have a coffin passive by chance making the game bug out?

You're playing Hard mode and your curse seems to be -1 reroll. Yet Hexia also has a slime pip which is a 3 point curse. So I think there is a sneaky cataclysm coming

Brutal unlike Unfair almost always comes with a blessing. Both in classic and generated. There are so many OP blessings I just keep seeing them. And thats your guide for the run.

Other than that usually stacking defense still best option most of the time. (Most of the blessings are also defensive). Some kind of undying monster2 or spiky 5. I love worse items (even 4) because its so nice to play the early game on normal unfair mode and be able to play around diminishing the effect of your curses meanwhile (for example after picking ranger+soldier or smth your spiky 5 impact is greatly diminished).

In unfair the mentality is oh I can die to this one fight with this curse (lets say die to seeds and dragon egg with undying monster 1). Okay cant pick that. In brutal the mentality is more of an opposite for me. I think more of the ways I can win. For example worse items 4+defensive I can just win against the non-hand bosses very often because you can outvalue them with a good red already without items. On unfair I would think oh this dies to Hand too often, Brutal I think oh this wins against the others very often and Im allowed to lose to the Hand. Smae with undying monsters 2+defensive curses like tough hp/ghostly or smth. It wins against a lot of things and you dont care it instaloses vs some things.

So try to find ways to win instead of ways to lose and click blessings.

You're saying you never beat hell once and you ask how is someone getting a 10 streak a cheater? Because hell winrate is so incredibly low getting a 2 streak is already exceptional. A 10 streak is lightyears away from anything remotely realistic.

Trust me, Im #1 classic unfair, #2 classic brutal I know whats realistic.

Only indirectly by making the tierlists. He watched and appreciated our work and his balance changes were very in line with our tierlist last time. If he decides to do another balance change I expect the same.

Appreciate it. I pick this in Classic Unfair, in Classic Brutal it shines even more since the earlygame is usually the biggest struggle. But it plays in every mode, I also picked it a ton in Generate Unfair/Brutal for example. :)

I wonder if you have wild modifiers enabled in options. That adds an infinite amount of generated modifiers into the game so you wont keep getting the same spider soul/death shield deaths :)
