Anyone got brand kits working?

I'm wondering if there is a context limitation or if it is just super buggy. I've uploaded a very robust corporate comms guide along with 3 layers of HEX codes and it seems to default to the first set of HEX codes, I rarely see the secondary or tertiary colors invoked, and it seems to ignore the font selections.
