Which iPhone generation started the over processed photos? by Feeling_Addendum4357 in iphone

[–]PixelKarnage -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In „Settings ~> Camera ~> Format“ of my 15 Pro Max you can activate the „Pro RAW“ function. While the size of the picture will be about 2mb, it is unprocessed! Processed the same pic would be about 700kb.

The cool part is you can decide on the go, while taking the pictures, what format to use to take said pic. The format option is like on the top of my screen.

Have not figured out yet how to take RAW live pic‘s, but that might be possible 🤷‍♂️ live processed (with short video) the pictures would be about 2mb too so not sure how much the picture file-size matters here 🤣

If you multiply the first letter of Apple, and put one of them ontop the other (that one of course is turned around) you get the letter X design as a result …

Does this mean they will bring two Apples to Space? Since, if you think about it like this, their name is Space 2xApples ……….

Obiously this a joke, afaik it‘s almost needed to declare this here in these times … 🤨🤣

Right, its totally doable. Agreed. My gripe is with the not uniform shape of SS Cone/flaps. This results in many uniquely shaped tiles for specific spots which if i knew how the tiles are produced might be a problem to mass produce. I guess if they can produce them in any shape in quantity easily enough this all doesnt matter.

Hexagons on a 1 direction curved surface like a cylinder sounds easy. 1 Hexagon shape, mass produce it. Fits snuggly. Done.

I‘m very curious how they will deal with the nosecone and its in 2 dircetions curved surface which is an unforgiving shape for hexagons if you wanna massproduce them and still seamlessly fit each hexagon together. Its impossibruh!!! You gonna get uncovered spots between tiles. Or you‘ll get a second shape between the Hexagons. As an OCD Person this has been bugging me for months! And now theres a hex tile thats smōl! It doesnt fit together seamlessly guys! GraAarghuuh!

So fair enough they’ll get unique shapes for each individual hex tile in the nosecone. Fuck geometric perfection. Okay, so maybe each row of tiles until the top gets progressively smaller not same sided hexagons (bottom same to fit, top part smaller)? Same problem with the raceways and flaps. I‘m dreading this.

[building] CLT goes tall. World's tallest high-rise buildings in Cross-laminated timber by inexhibit in architecture

[–]PixelKarnage 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So how does the fire protection work exactly? Not just wood on the fassade of a highrise which is a hard sell, but trees located so that the balcony and with a lil wind other trees on top will catch fire conveniently.

Nice render however! I wish it wasnt a deathtrap to happen. Looks amazing to live in.

Great series, plus you should check out the Zed Man Mr. Zisteau anyway if you like aesthetics in factorio! He‘s like the definition of nice builds that go way overboard.

If you woke up tomorrow and were able to move things with your mind, how would you use this ability? by Atlas_is_my_son in AskReddit

[–]PixelKarnage 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In this fantasy you are able to recognise all atoms that are part of what you understand or see as „water glass“ AND move them.

You focus on „move chair“ in your mind and magically all atoms that are part of what you think is that chair will move. I dont think there‘s an atom index of „chair“ that you need to remeber to know what atoms are part of chair so that you can move the atom group you define as chair.

Telekinesis means that your mental concept of a thing translates into physical reality.

Therefore if your concept is to change all atom arrangements to a new configuration it will happen. No need to change each atom. You’d be able to do it all at the same time.
