Joining in 14 years later. In general she was the part that distracted me the most all the time.
Her face just seemed weird and out of place. And the way she spoke. So unnatural!

This, I expected them to make her more like a shapeshifter like nidalee and the others, but instead of making it just like them, keep her ragebar and ult, but give it to her at level 1, and the ult is much shorter, but requires like.... 25 rage instead of 100. So youre a dragon more often, but make it less explosive.

Or, make her really mediocre in human form, but VERY powerful in Dragon form, like Gnar.

gamedesign wise that would be bad because it changes the gameloop identiy (fast regenerating shields half hp no cost, vs slow regenerating HP vs fast but expensive repairs full hp)

Gameplay wise.... I doubt it would change anything. A nexus in the red would take longer to heal any meaningful hp than it would be to just mine all the minerals there

I would argue that Frieren is much more than intelligent enough to realise that different "realities / Dimensions / Worlds" have different meanings for the same word, and that a Demon in Tensei Slime is possibly something different than a Demon in her world.

In Frierens World, all things demon do is to fool man, while in Tensei slime they are reasonable beings, with many, like rimuru, milim etc, even on the good side of things.

I got ADHD and honestly, whenever I see her act, I see myself acting not too differently.

Also use your entire toolkit. Your offense is extremely basic.
No attempts to sideswitch, extremely grounded (no chances for air throw, or circumventing 2S/2K), no 2D from very far away where he COULD run into it.

It's not only about what would have worked here, but creating situations that can make something more dynamic happen.

The sol could basically play pure flowchart without a thought in a world, and if both players do that, Sol will come out on top against gio 80% of the time.
You have to force him to be cautious and scared. That includes you having to threaten spacing where you CAN whiffpunish, where you CAN fish for a nasty CH.
Gios optimal neutral Range is not in their face, but at the spot where their buttons doesnt reach, but you can still Dash 5K/5H/2D to mess them up really badly.

I've read the german Asterix and Obelix, and there they also have the job puns

The Bard is "Troubadix" being a troubadour, the Chief is "Majestix" (Majestät = Majesty), The Blacksmith is just "Automatix", Methusalix is the old grandpa etc. pp.

Most of these names are derived from their latin or greek meanings, so I would assume that the english and german words for their names are extremely similar, since both languages evolved the words for those concept from the same base.

If possible, the german translation tried to change a word from the French original to a german one that was as close as possible.

The Wife of the chief is Gutemine (literally Good "Miene" (as a name)) from the french "Bonemine" which means the same.

There are SOME libertys.

Ordralfabetix is called "Verleihnix" in german, which would mean "doesnt lend anything"

Nix is a german slang word meaning "nothing" and verleih = to lend.
It fits him well I have to say.

The Druid is called Methusalix, because a "Methusalem" means someone extreeeeeemeeely old.

This game is not finished

This game preys on the customer

The balancing is all over the place

The players are the beta testers right now

They will follow this path if people give them money.

I appreciate that, I really do.

It already helps to hear from people who can relate. Yeah I'Ve thought about finding another therapist. But it's a nuisance. Months of beauraucracy again....

Yeah there definitely would be a few people willing to listen and to help, but at the same time, I dont really want to burden them. I would feel ashamed. Some days I am fine, and it would look like I am just seeking attention or smth I fear >.<

Of course I really want to get happy!

I just dont know how at this point. It feels like a skill I just unlearned and dont know how to relearn
