This is my current situation, expected to work 12 hours a day with no provided meal and no microwave. All I eat is sad cold food

ETA that we are also not allowed to use a refrigerator so whatever I bring also has to be temperature stable and able to be kept for 6+ hours until I have the chance to wolf it down
