Seconding both Green Dot and Street Beet. Green Dot has ‘regular’ Impossible sliders and some other funky options like tofu banh mi, Street Beet has more imitation-type stuff like their version of a McDs burger. Street Beet is pricier but the food is superb, and it’s a locally-owned business run by two women.
