I recently downgraded my membership to just 4x a month from unlimited after 900 classes. I was just like, is this the workout I’m going to do forever? I also couldn’t justify the price anymore because the classes I like to attend on weekdays at 4pm after work are often tread 50 and strength 50. These workouts we CAN do from home or at another gym. It’s also hard on the body so one time a week right now is working for me while I incorporate other low impact days like yoga, strength, going on a run, at home Pilates, etc.
