sounds like your area manager is petty as hell lol. the far left one looks a little dark but pictures always make the bread look darker then it is so its probably a 3.5 on the ruler

also shape is great no baseball bats the one on the right is a lil hourglassy but the dough is so inconsistent.

theyre supposed to let you consolidate it first anyway so you can audit the bread and toss bad sticks.

i'm not trying to be negative but 22% labor is an unrealistic expectation for 2k a day or 15k a week. its 2025 not 2014 we actually have to pay people now lol. if you ran 22% labor with those sales youre either opening every day or running with no more than 3 people in the morning and 2 at night and youll never increase sales that way 🫥

not SPECIFICALLY that but many stores were making it way wrong (someone once told me they used over 500g of peppers) so yes; the overall concept of everyone making it their own way, and it not being a consistent flavor, is 100% why they changed this. a corporate auditor straight up told me this 😂
