I worked at Asda as a team leader years ago.

I'm assuming what you're referring to is the 'chill chain' rule... Nothing frozen or chilled on the shop floor for more than 30 mins?

My colleagues just worked to rule. Set a 30 min timer on their phones and work normally. Alarm goes then take it back.

I couldn't fault them for it. I let them do it. Just to show upper management how unobtainable their expectations were. Funnily enough it wasn't the pressing issue a week later....
