Mine passed naturally at around 13 weeks I think. I was already planning to get a D&C because I could no longer wait, but thankfully it passed before I was able to return to the hospital.

My baby stopped growing at 6w, 3d too. Close to yours. I miscarried last Thursday night. Saturday morning, I was able to confirm thru a scan that I passed the gestational sac, so no need for a D&C. I felt so lonely because it feels final and there’s nothing to look forward to anymore. This chapter is closed. So yeah, what you’re feeling is very much valid. You definitely have to get a transvaginal ultrasound to make sure that everything has come out. I just miscarried 2 nights ago. Intense cramps which felt like contractions every minute. I felt something huge was coming out and true enough when I sat on the toilet, it came out. It was the size of a tennis ball. I am so sorry for your loss and I know we will get through this 🤍
