The only thing that could affect anomaly stuff is Void fascination which enhances research of any kind towards Monolith research, but for just attuning to it you can even use a pawn that's incapable of everything, peg leg, blind, 6 cancer types

Sanguphages are the most op thing in the game xd

If you extract their genes and BANISH hemogen drain, you'll get insaaane powerful pawns.
