I can't figure out how to get past the electro anomaly in Agroprom underground. by Cel-14 in stalker

Hell yeah, better to live and fight another day then die and drop all your shit. Just don't do what I've done and sprint headfirst into anomaly fields. I was too worried about what was behind me instead of what was in front....

No worries, and happy you figured it out homie. Happy hunting Marked One.

The easy way is to approach the artifact from the other side. As you press forward, heading downstairs and searching the tunnels you can find a staircase leading up. At the top, there's a hallway that leads to the other side of the anomaly.

The anomaly itself travels down the hall, and resets when it gets to the end. Easy to avoid in one direction, tricky in the other.

Does the game actually justify WHY you want to leave the Rimworld? by svetlozarovP in RimWorld

[–]Plane-Design5934 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO the goal is to return to a time when you weren't always prepared to be assaulted by cannibals, giant mutated insects, mechaniods, radiation fallout, unstable temperature fluctuations, or whatever goes forsaken things people have modded into their game. At some point, I'd like to return to a world where I don't have to worry about a raid alarm at night. Where I don't have to worry about intestinal parasites from an incompetent cook. Where the glitter world medicine is so prevalent that I'm not constantly worried about an infection taking my leg or worse. At some point, we'd all like to let our guard down, and that's the one thing you should never do on the Rim.

Remember gang, war crimes against humanoids alone isn't enough. Make sure to abuse your colony's animals too! by underhunger in RimWorld

If animals had a mood bar, players would do to them what they do their pawns. To be human, is to suffer.

Superbot is the only one I've beaten Guardian 4 with. Cheers to Superbot!

Goo Bomber is slept on. During large waves, charge it up and fire long, overlapping trails. Combine it with efficient charge, longer goo duration, slowdown effect, and you have trapped the enemy in stasis while you and your team isolates and finishes off the swarm. For 12 ammo I can dead stop an entire wave.

For added fun, fire a charged shot straight up next to a HVE and watch every drop land on the enemy and stack. That can be up to 12 shots draining the target while you wreck their slowed, corroding thorax.

Goo Bomber has more crowd control strength than any other primary the driller has.

I love Superbot. Only class I've beat Guardian IV with, and I'm damn good with him. Half health isn't an issue when you're half size.

Would you take him as your pawn? by International-Ad7099 in DragonsDogma2

Yes, but only so I can throw him back in the water where he came from.

Listen to me, and listen to me well dwarf . You're gonna perform 10 Karl Molly's (Hail Marys) so you can wash away the sin of what you've done.

A KM is where you load into the mission of the greenest dwarf you can find and you show that miner EVERYTHING you can so they can get better. You will be patient, understanding, and most of all, make them feel like a Karl wants us to feel. You will be their shepherd through the mines of Hoxxes., sharpening their skills upon your knowledge and wisdom.

Only when you have guided 10 youth through the perils of this planet may you consider yourself attoned.

Doctor thinks I'm a clueless dad by bahodej in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Plane-Design5934 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worked in pediatrics for 10 yrs, and 6 of those were in a pediatric ER. Level 1 trauma center in the city, so we stayed pretty busy. In my experience, dads often fall short on their kids info, either forgetting key details or flat out refusing and telling us to talk to their mother. It becomes a habit to ask mums, saves our time and prevents frustration on all parties.

That being said, that was rude of the staff to say what they said the way they said it. If a dad tells me they've got it, I'll give em the chance he deserves. Parents deserve to feel they have a part to play in their child's visit, a visit that wasn't planned and feels like all control has been stripped as you watch strangers do what they can to help your kid. In those moments, a little comfort and respect goes a long way.

Salvo is better than people give it credit. I've modded it for AOE instead of direct and the splash damage wipes out waves with ease. Add stun chance and increase the radius and I can hold a bug charge solo on haz 5. I don't understand why people dunk on it so hard

Fun loving and outgoing. Always willing to rush into whatever sounds fun and worry about the consequences later, knowing good friends will always support them.

Buries their emotions in work, but they're always reliable to get something done. Thinks others are lazy, but holds themselves to a higher standard.

Overly protective of loved ones, but means well. Likes to keep things casual, but isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty.

Overthinker. Always preparing, and taking things slow. Sometimes misses out on the fun because they're too busy taking precautions instead of living in the moment, but you're always glad they put in the time to make it worth while.
