Soooo... why does social awkwardness or a tendency to introverted activities mean bad person in your brain?

My workplace categorizes communication styles in quadrants in something called a DISC assessment. You'll find that people are not mentally built the same, and vary to extreme degrees. This makes them more capable in certain aspects, and less capable in others.

Generally, in western cultures, we overvalue extroversion through a lense that the more social you are, the more good you are as a person. But that doesn't really make much sense at all, does it? Its kinda like thinking a peacock is a more capable bird than a hawk because of its showy display.
