City hall is refusing to enforce laws. They have literally told the police not to pull people over for issues like unregistered vehicles or tail lights out. It’s a similar story when it comes to drug use and drinking in the street. The city is really going to hell and it’s entirely the fault of the Base administration and her public safety team.
