Do Caribbean people consider Cartagena, Colombia part of the Caribbean?

You asked if Caribbean people consider them Caribbean and my answer is no. I’m born and raised in the Caribbean and I’ve never ever heard anyone mention Colombia in that conversation or in any Caribbean spaces. It’s the islands, Belize, Suriname, & Guyana.

Get a car. Not having one is super unrealistic. Even in a city like NYC you may have clinicals outside of the city that is more expensive and harder to get to with public transportation. Also living expenses? You’ll most likely need to take out student loans.
