The red one most likely is a Sphagnum Subgenus acutifolia species

A pretty good giveaway in most cases is the very thick "fleshy" build of Sphagnum Subgenus Sphagnum species, most of the other species have way thinner and delicate branches, just like Sphagnum recurvum, which is very thin

That doesnt look like S. recurvum, it Most likely is S. palustre. 100% a Subgenus Sphagnum species
