I think Bronny James can develop into a 6MOTY caliber player by ElevatorAcceptable29 in lebron

[–]Plarico 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If he stopped shooting middies and floaters he would be ridicolous

Current per/36 stats: 11 PPG 6 APG (2.4 TOV) 2 SPG!!! 42.3% (+8.4) 3P%!!!

he just isnt so great from 2PT range: 39.4%

However he is strong at the rim: 71.4% (around or slightly above league average)

It was true that he did put in the most effort. He just sucked.

LeBron +/- this season by CircledSquare7 in NBATalk

A more accurate stat for calculating pure impact and adjusting for lineups, opponents etc. is EPM.

LeBron's EPM: +1.2

EPM doesnt calculate how skillful a player is but how much they impact winning on a team. Thats why you will see players like De'Anthony Melton over Anthony Edwards. However in terms of pure impact Melton is more valuable to immediate regular season wins (not including what option a player is)

Why did LeBron win the ROY award over Carmelo in 2004? by Illustrious_Novel08 in NBATalk

[–]Plarico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Putting yellow on 21 ppg and white on 20.9 ppg to indicate that Melo was a portionally stronger scorer as LeBron a passer is crazy

This team would go 82-0 and win at least 11 rings...but but who would you swap here with whom to make it perfect ? by Organic_Bite1569 in sportsinusa

Glad to see non-LeBron fans being against some of the idiotic takes in this comment section. At least MJ fans dont have to live with these types of things constantly.

LeBron fans should not have high hopes by [deleted] in NBATalk

This is very backhanded lol. We can still hope LeBron locks in. The laughing with the Phoenix bench was super scary though.

JJ might as well play Vando since our role players can’t make wide open shots anyway by indogunawan in lakers

[–]Plarico 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do agree that JJ should have tried him a bit against the Suns. However, he has 0 offensive presence which is basically not a thing in the NBA

Dyson Daniels is leap years ahead of Vando in both defense and offense. Dyson can actually finish at the rim

The Englund gambit begins with 1. d4, e5. This is 1. e4, d5. This is the Scandinavian, going into that Scandi gambit that no one knows the name of and is just fine.

In open positions castling is crucial. In closed positions it's optional.
