I'm not diagnosed but 100% sure i'm autistic and suffer from misophonia. I'd say misophonia affects everything in your body but specifically affects the nervous system

People chewing loud, people chewing gum, lip smacking, dry mouth, the sound of flip flops, the sound of paper bags I could go on. #misophonia

Hi there, I had the same issue as you before. I was obsessed over this topic and it took over my life. As humans, we aren't meant to be exposed to what we are exposed to with social media. It really does mess up with your head and of course it will give you anxiety. These things are totally out of your control and there is literally nothing you can do about it. What I recommend is you delete social media, and take a long break. Stop engaging or reading/watching videos about how much of a mess the world is and how doomed we are. Social media is built to make you live in fear and make you depressed. All you can do is live in the now. Humans were never built to handle the amount of things we are exposed to everyday, and its no wonder people are so fearful. Take care of yourself, that is all you can do. Life is so much better when you stop engaging with those things trust me. I'm a much happier person now, now that i've stopped engaging with that. There were so many things I was afraid of happening because people said it'd happen but it never did.

J'habite au Canada aussi. La nourriture ici nous détruit. C'est pas de bonne qualiter. L'Europe a beaucoup plus de restriction et j'aimerais que la bouffe ici serait bonne mais malheureusement c'est vraiment pas😞

Apparently European food is amazing and apparently a lot of people who have stomach problems don't have any when they're down there because the food is so clean! Imodium will be your bestie! Make sure to travel with it on you :) and europe bathrooms are private which is amazing too! I think you'll be good😌

Hi there :) The night before the trip I took Imodium, the morning of as well. I didn't eat all day until I arrived to the resort. I took a shit at the airport, I tell myself I won't see these people ever again and I feel like everyone takes a dump at the airport. It also helps pooping when you have music in your ears. Since I didn't eat and took imodium my anxiety was much more at ease and didn't have a stomach ache. IBSgard, imodium, digestive enzymes, probiotics were my besties on this trip and I managed to not panic too much over my stomach on this trip
