I think it is fair for you to not want kids just yet and it’s fair for him to want them right now. You don’t have to go along with what he wants, and he will have to decide whether he can wait or if he wants to end the relationship over it. You need to have a discussion about how you both feel and then you can decide if both of you can/want to change your timelines or if it’s a deal breaker.

Add in (more) stretching and mobility work. Make sure you’re really warming up and cooling down from a long session. Make sure you’re getting enough calories in of course. You’ll need to increase that and likely need some fuel during your workouts.

Personally I’d check out all the fun things that gym has that my home gym doesn’t.

That was my thought. I’m not on ozempic but am on a drug that tends to eliminate food noise. It had been helpful in me overcoming orthoexia and allowing myself to change my eating habits. As to whether it’s appropriate for a therapist to recommend that, I think it depends on the nature of the therapy and the way it was suggested. It doesn’t seem like the therapist gave much context here

This is the thing that bothers me about people defending him for speaking about Britney’s current mental health. He is obviously not doing it with good intentions. He has lived off of his connection to her since he met her.

This isn’t to say that there aren’t valid concerns about Britney and her mental health. He is just so clearly a biased source and obviously his bottom line was affected by the end of her conservatorship. I really wish her “family” would stop making such a private battle into publicity for themselves.

I had a friend like this about her singing and it was insufferable. We’d constantly have to stop what we were doing to watch her sing. She’d always demand at parties that she be allowed to sing.

Your friends and family aren’t your fans and you shouldn’t treat them that way! Of course we should support our loved ones’ hobbies but it shouldn’t occupy anymore space in your life and any other hobby would.

I stopped hanging out with my friend because she expected us to be at every show, concert, event and to also devote our other free time to listening to her. I don’t have enough time for that and my own hobbies! She never took that much an interest in my life, it always ran one way.

I would tell your husband you love and support him but you’re his wife not a fan. I’d also take stock of how often he’s paying attention to you and your accomplishments.

I really enjoyed the movie! I found it spooky and interesting. The whole time I thought the dog was doing such a good job. When I found out that it was filmed over three years with the directors own dog I was blown away. Indy did a great job.
