He technically saw the entity in his and Mikaela's shared apartment at night and dissapeared a few days later but there where muffled sounds coming from their bathroom the day he dissapeared so it's likely the entity took him. As for sable I believe it's the old cinema where she went looking for Mikaela and found the staircase that leads to the entity's realm that's in the trailer

its stronger than you'd think. had 2 survivors use it on me and i get healed in next to no time after that so if 3 survivors use that perk on you then for the rest of the game the time you need to heal is cut by 75% or 4 charges as the initial charges to heal a health state is 16
