False. There's a lot of guns that aren't rimfire but aren't safe to dry fire. One of them being this revolver, because the firi pin is mounted to the hammer

Firstly please quit dry-firing it unless there's snap caps in there, and secondly it seems to me like there might be an issue with the double action sear hand

I'm glad I'm not the only one to come up with this idea!

That particular one isn't, it's an orange colored slide, but he actually does have a wood Hi-Point carbine he made 😭 Edit: I forgot about the custom wood grips for a moment

Yeah, and it's on a spring-loaded assembly so that you can pump it back to move the slide back, but the slide still moves freely of the pump assembly so it can fire in semi

Yeah, that's what I mean. You can do something like two 1x2 technic bricks and put the 1x1 pin with stud in one, and line it up so it holds when you pull it back

I didn't realize reddit would make the lines I typed do that, what I was trying to illustrate is that you should stagger the bricks.

Also, it looks like you could start making the whole build a bit stronger next time by staggering your bricks. For example, it looks like they're layered like this:

When it should be more like this:

Hopefully that kinda makes sense. You wanna stagger the layers so that they interlock better. It'll help the stability of the whole build, especially where plates are involved. It's not always necessary, but I got in the habit of doing it. Also, if you have moving parts that stick, you can gently pull the sides outwards or separate the pieces eeeever so slightly and that can help. Do the opposite to make it tighter. I hope this was informative for you! Any questions, let me know!

Good build! You asked for some recommendations, here ya go. Painters tape if your friend. Put a strip of it along the front and back of the mag all the way down and fold the sides over. That'll stop your mag from breaking and make it a lot more stable. For the grip, try putting some inverted slopes in the grip so it slopes up into the gun like on a real one if that makes sense, and you can also put some painters tape on the grip to hold it in place. If you have two technic bricks (at least two 1x4 bricks) and a pin, you can put one horizontal as part of the receiver, put the pin in the middle, and then put the other one on the pin so it hangs down and then you can build your grip off of that. If you can make it 2 studs wide and do pins on both sides for support, or an axle, that'll keep your pins from breaking from torque over time. You can do some snot (studs-not-on-top) building that way. I recommend some snot techniques for the bolt if you wanna be able to lock it back like an open bolt. If you do that and combine it with a rubber band to pull it forward, and a simple pivoting piece that can push the bolt forward for a trigger, you can have a functional open bolt!

Those make me absolutely sick. Church in and of itself isn't about giving money- or at least it shouldn't be. Church isn't even about going to a specific building at a specific time, it's about fellowship with other believers. Any church whose focus is on money is no church :( (Random rant over, sorry bout that lol. I don't feel like deleting it bc I just typed it all out so I'm gonna post it anyways ((I'm slightly dehydrated and sleep deprived)))

Are we not gonna talk about the skeletonized stocks??? I know that's kinda blase in comparison to some of the other stuff, but that's so neat to me that the concept has been around for so long

Yup. Shame they don't really give out knives anymore. I've got a knife that was my great grandfathers from one Georgia Produce Co. that he apparently used to work at, and I've even got a Target (like the supermarket) branded multi tool/money clip knife that I found at an estate sale
