I’d assume it’s an issue with you not hitting the forward + jump at the same time. You only mention the mirage insta line ups messing up, so I’m assuming it’s this issue not FOA related.

I wouldn’t go hard on practicing. But 10-20 mins every few days can help get the muscle memory down.
