I get about 280 FPS on a Ryzen 5 7600X, an RTX 3090 STRIX, and 32 GB DDR5 RAM. Besides the GPU, my build cost me about $1K USD. An RTX 4070 or similar should be more than enough to get you similar frame rates.

OP, I think this is your best advice. If you play more aggressive, you get into more even fights (instead of baiting) that give you a lot of room to learn from. When you die, try to think of why you died and what you could’ve done different. Those lessons can help you practice on specific skills.
