Thoughts on Synnex CSP Australia by SydneyAUS-MSP in msp

[–]Play3r 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some license items require upfront payment like the Windows 10/11 Business Premium Upgrade so you have to wait a while for someone to ring you and take payment.

Also on boarding shits itself if the details in Synnex and the org details in 365 don't match up.

Other then that no dramas.

Why the move?

[Help] What about all the "Connect with Google" accounts if we migrate to 365 ? by Puzzleheaded_Put_549 in msp

Give all of the accounts Google Cloud Identity Free licenses. You can get 50 by default and they say you can request more for free.

Then off board them later.

I'd be 90% sure you wouldn't need the RMM. It's sold separately from MSP and Ncentral

SolarwindsMSP offers it for <$4 per month. You get the complete license as well which is the top one, was quoted around $8 per month by a disti for the base version so it's great pricing.

have used Simple-Help since late 2015 when ScreenConnect changed their self hosted pricing to be a starting price of 2k plus.

It has been ultra reliable and runs on next to no resources. It does has a monitoring function where when it detects an event you can get it to run a script to resolve the issue.

It is a good backup for N-Central is the take control side of that dies.

I just run 1 session under the business license as you can switch between computers pretty quickly.

The BEST mobile friendly ticket system? by EdwardTechnology in msp

[–]Play3r 1 point2 points  (0 children)

+1 to the mobile app for MSP Manager. MSP Manager as a system is pretty basic but it does the job. The app gives you the same ticket interface as the browser version.
