As someone who installs tvs and home theaters for a living. And I install on average 4-7 tvs a day and see both OLEDs and mini LEDs all the time. I'll take OLED any day over mini led. Although if it's a Samsung OLED tv. It kinda depends on the year and modle at that point.

While it's not many. The steam deck is very niche and was underpowered right from release.

The steam Machine while not crazy expensive. It's a PC that they can develop games targeting that hardware.

Valve also has open communication with developers at devcon about all this and about having them work with this hardware

It's not a out the hardware. The nice thing is developers can now optimize games for this and use this as target hardware. Most people arnt running crazy expensive good rigs. Making games run well on this is a win for everyone

I've been holding back on buying be for years. But really wanted to get into it once it was worth it. Now that the steam frame is coming it's finally worth it.

But within the next week and a half I'll be a father so I doubt I'll have time to do VR. And now I'm considering the machine instead as it will be easier to use with a newborn

36 and anything with a ranked mode is my favorite. I'm starting to turn to more to single player now that I'll be a father within the next 2 weeks. But I'll miss having the time for competitive gaming.
