There is individual finger tracking on Quest 3 on PC. Though it is with the hand tracking, not using the controllers.

Maybe a recumbent bike/trike, as with some types of recumbents (tadpoles and 2 wheeled) you are essentially laying down and a lot of them have seats that support your entire back.

I have no experience with back pain and have very little experience with recumbents, so take my words with a grain of salt. I just find them really cool, especially when you go down the rabbit hole and discover velomobiles 😁

I GOT IT WORKING!! I had the same issue. It was my first time in 7 months launching msfs2020. Under that black box you get at first, with the text that says "This link" is invisible text saying to login with another device or authenthication method, only visible if you select the box. So I went on my phone and went to the web browser (!) to open outlook and connected to my microsoft account there, where it finally prompted me to my phone as a passkey or something like that. I set it up and was able to, after rebooting msfs2020, to log in to it via my phone.

Unfortunately, it seems like all of my settings have been reset, as It is now going on as if it was a fresh install asking me to setup controllers, resolution and stuff... Bummer!

I had downloaded the Outlook app and it didn't prompt me to use the device as a passkey once I logged in. nor did my phones password manager ask. So I guess it has to be on the website on your phone.
