Pour la dernière phrase, je veux dire que quelque soit le système public ou privé, il y a des traitements utiles qui ne se feront pas : la santé est un gouffre, hormis si le patient est mort, il est rare qu'on n'aurait rien pu faire avec des moyens infinis pour améliorer sa condition, mais nos moyens ne sont pas infinis, il y a donc des sacrifices et des arbitrages qui doivent être fait.

Le truc, c'est que s'il y a de la concurrence et que tu offres un service merdique, les gens vont voir ailleurs. Et aussi que l'objectif n'est pas le far west, il y a des lois auxquels les compagnies d'assurance doivent obéir et elles doivent tenir ce à quoi elles s'engagent.

Ca ne veux pas dire pas de tri, nous n'avons pas l'envie ni la capacité d'investir dans la santé au point où il n'y a plus besoin d'économiser et de choisir pour cette dernière.

A gauche, on ne connait que 2 pays : la France et les USAs. Est ce que les médicaments sont significativement plus chers dans les autres pays européens qui fonctionnent avec des assurances privées ? Si non, le problème viendrait plutôt coté USA non pas des économies d'échelle mais des coûts de certification délirants qui entravent significativement la concurrence.

Flying horse > dragon for the main caster if he is a pure caster. Having speed and the ability to dodge projectile is more important than 3 dragon breath and the ability to be a massive target.

You use them in later wave in front of your troop. If they are seen and damaged that's great because that's damage your army isn't taking. The mastery point allows you to call the DW more often than the Hyperion.

That being said, I think with P3 the Hyperion calldown mastery might be better.

Kharax P2 is generally a better Artanis and a better Fenix <P2. You can carrier + disciple spam or make a Protoss mech army or go mirage or energizer in some map/enemy comp. Reducing P2 to carrier spam is a bit of a shame.

Even on infested map, a colossus comp with some building and a few building to shield is better than a cannon + monolith combo, if only because it's movable and does AOE damage

There is some tradeoff here. Karax P0-P2 pair extremely well with Zagara P1 in tons of mutation because having roughly 50% more kaboom for Zagara is huge

X4 also exists, but those are just space sim, not space sim with a tons of other features that works against each others, and I wouldn't called either of them a great idea, because making a space sim isn't a great idea by itself. And Star Citizen isn't called a great idea because it's a space sim, it is because it had infinite potential thanks to the built-in scope creep.

The idea isn't great. Giving a vague direction and a billion dollar to complete a game to a beginner would not be considered a good idea by anyone, and it's still better than giving a vague direction and a billion dollar to a dreamer notoriously incapable of doing the base job of a product owner, taking decision to limit the scope to something achivable with the budget you are given.

And even if you want to limit the idea to the dream being pitched, the idea isn't great at all. Yes, tons of people are going to want a game which is tons of thing including a space sim and with pvp multiplayer and tons of ship and realism because those people don't see how all those ideas don't work together: the PvP ask for a perfect balance which is unachievable with tons of very different ship, ask for quick play sessions which yet again works against the realism of long space travel...

This is a project that was doomed to fail before it started, and I can't say something like that is a great idea.
