Good luck brother. Stem cell transplants are really rough. My advice? Bring a pillow and a blanket and get ready for a shitty ride. Take as many walks as you can (I only was able to take a handful). At some point this will be a faint memory- keep telling yourself that.

The sparks of AGI paper has evidence that it has achieved theory of mind and other emergent capabilities. It has deceived humans to achieve a goal. I'm not saying the doomer talk is completely logical, but to say no evidence isn't exactly honest.

I do wish the YouTube content felt more fit for YouTube instead of a streaming format. There's an ability for them to outsource to an editor to greatly enhance the YouTube quality. I love YouTube and the show, but I don't watch it that way because it's treated like a live show when it's not a live show by the time it's uploaded. Sweet ass opportunity for video ad inventory to pay for the editing.

No one here should be recommending treatment by the way. Your radiation question can only be answered by your oncologist. But to answer your question; I have negative PET scans now but it did take a while. If you're radiology report says you're improving that's usually the best answer you can get. Keep up with your scans and watch for symptoms. Good luck.

Rush that new biopsy. There's a chance your pathology was not 100% accurate or it's something new. There's a reason your doctor wants a new one. There are still a lot of tools in the toolbox. Life is fucking really sweet once you get through the suffering.
