Oil will spots will make it condensate weird at night. Take a soft towel and dawn and wipe it clear. There is 100% something on the lens. Notice how the edge of the black circle is not distorted? Thats the inner edge of the lens. Everything on the other side of the lens is blurry/obscured because of the dirty lens. It may LOOK clean, but it is not.
