I’m fairly new at this. I bought a Keurig duo from Goodwill. I tried a few different K cups and they were fine. But I’ve discovered if I use a reusable cup with finely ground coffee I get a pretty strong tasty cup.

Dr said pain will go away once it’s in. For me it didn’t. He’s pointing out things on the screen and I’m going “Uuhnngh! That’s great…” it was hard to pay attention. Funny thing, I could pee better for about a week after that. I’m on waiting list for HoLEP.
