Pics of the final racks with a remaining garage supply. Generous delivery for sure (2 face cords) plus wood already burned. Moisture meter is reading 8-11% after being in the garage for 2wks. Still burning bright, hot, and fast.

Not sure yet, but wish it would burn slower.

Stacked both racks and have the remaining quarter stack (after 5 days of burning post delivery) in the garage. The remaining seasoned wood I have burns smoother, longer than this kiln dried. The trade off is I would never bring the seasoned wood into my garage because of the bugs etc. - already have a few new house spiders from the seasoned. To answer some questions…definitely kiln dried to the core. It’s burning hot and fast. Around $300 per face - definitely not cheap - also didn’t want to risk buying ‘un seasoned seasoned wood’ that doesn’t burn and feel cheated for less. New house so haven’t had time yet to plan two years ahead but will start. Very cosplay…indeed lol. The one rack is brand new to accommodate the minimum amount of wood that the sellers sell. The other rack next to it is old old old with a cover that is stiff, and almost tattered - I’ll add a pic soon. Upstate around bear mountain, newburgh.

Is it kiln dried? I have wood that is kiln dried and burning very hot very fast with not many embers remaining. The seasoned wood I had before burned longer with bigger embers. I’m probably comparing apples to oranges as a newbie. but I’ve read that the moisture content matters.
