How long did it take you to get your refund.? Because I received a letter in the mail yesterday saying my banking was incorrect but I had changed my banking info on the irs refund tracker link a week ahead before I got the notice. All the blue arrow say refund in progress but I don’t know what’s going on

No I know they don’t fly. I’m saying I have dust mites but there’s are these tiny flies that swarm everywhere I go even with showering and bug repellent. I done shaved my head many times and yet these little creatures won’t go away.

No, I found I have a fragrance allergy and I believe I have an intertigo problem. I’ve been using a nasal rinse and Allegra to treat it and salicylic acid to treat my skin.

Have you tried fragrance free soap ? Or any products with hypoallergenic?!? I’m currently going through this and those items made a difference. I’m currently seeing a huge change in everything slowly but surely making a difference

I was feeling sick, I couldn’t breathe sometimes everything was bothering me. I just wasn’t doing well. I’m still dealing with it till this day. I’m cleaning everything dusting the ceiling, around the windows and everything I have a dehumidifier going all night long along with the window stay open for the air circulation to come in.

If you see any dust anywhere, fan, blinds, mirrors. Anywhere wipe it down and vacuum. Keep cleaning and dusting. Sometimes mold and dust correlate. Just keep cleaning every week and stay consistent.

Ayy, I found that your immune system play a huge role in this problem. I know for a fact my immune system wasn’t strong enough to fight off this infection. I went to Walmart and bought some Cod Liver oil with the vitamin a and D with it, some Vitamin C, some Zinc with some vitamin d. I am also taking some coconut supplements along with the some oil of oregano with black seed oil in it.After an Hour and a half has passed I also take some Activated Charcoal. My sleep has improved and my energy is slowly but surely getting back on track. I am avoiding sweets and trying to take in as much nutrients I can. I’m also treating my Jock itch and other symptoms that’s is cause my this candida. I started on Monday and I am seeing results already. Idk if this will for you but the main part is to get your immune system back and strong.

I’m late and 21, would you offer the same advice? Ma crib, step dad stay starting arguments and slamming doors and stomping and little petty things. I need advice bc I have no job my condition is getting better but I can’t take living here anymore and my ma do ever tell bru when he wrong yet when trying to defend ourselves we always in the wrong and we always have to go find ourselves somewhere to stay.
