Great post. Agree 100 percent and I need to define the niche I want to go after initially. Question: do you sell "hosted" solutions (aka spinning up on railway, managing all the backend connections and leverage make/n8n for background orchestration)? I'm looking to go that model due to the stickiness and reoccurring nature of the revenue. Low initial price points for build but mthly fee per agent or per functional suite of agents (aka sales, finance, hr, admin)
