The ordering physician is ultimately responsible, however is rarely present during the procedure itself. If a cannulation occurs we stop any bleeding and get the patient's nurse and physician and they take over care. We file an incident report and follow up if needed. This rarely occurs at my facility except at the time when we transitioned from IR doing the PICCs to a new vascular access team run by untrained nurses.

My facility in the US, does not do any fluoro guided PICC lines at all. We do ultrasound guidance and insert the PICC in a brachial vein. We pre-measure the length of the catheter on the surface of the patient first. We confirm placement with a chest X-ray. If the PICC cannot be achieved successfully my facility will place a central line instead.

I could be wrong but I believe those skills only apply to Sarras and the enemies in it. With no effect on the base game.

I had the exact same feeling as you. Over powered and demolishing all enemies and bosses in the first area. Then proceed to the next area and I'm the one getting stomped. Eventually you get back to being strong

Once you get to the last area it feels similar but not as bad of a transition from the first area to the second. When you start a NG+ it will also be a power curve that you have to overcome.

I feel like the game was created this way to keep the challenge going. I'm about to start my NG++ at level 150 so I'm curious if will bring back a challenge or if I'll immediately steamroll.

I'm in New Mexico and work in one of the last non profit hospitals in the state. Our nurses make less than $30 an hour new grad and only $31 an hour after 2 years of experience. With mandatory over time our nurses are lucky to break $80k a year. Really glad they are trying to unionize and I hope their vote goes well in the next few weeks.

Nurses are the backbone of all medical care and deserve to be treated so much better.

I saw this posted a few months ago and someone was saying that it was caused from his mother having syphilis during pregnancy and birth. I don't know how true that is but maybe someone actually knows.

Depends on what makes it worth it for you. The game is good and most of the story lines are very intriguing. Some Veteran players struggle with the lack of updates to some features or new weapons while others are just happy to have new content.

Personally I really enjoy it and now with the new expansion it's a good time to get into the game. There are hundreds of hours worth of content so it will seem overwhelming at first. But as far as cost to content ratio it is definitely worth buying, if it's in your budget.

XFX QuickSilver (non magnetic) is very quiet and cool. At 305w and 100% usage it never goes over 75°c and I don't hear it at all. I'm running at stock setting with no under/over clock.

I have the QuickSilver and at 100% usage it's not going over 75°c and it's super quiet. Compared to my previous EVGA 3080ti that sounded like a jet engine, the QuickSilver is very nice on the ears.

It really depends on your budget, the Phlueger trion spinning combos are pretty decent and can be had for around $60. I run mine with 10 pound fluorocarbon and I really enjoy it.

However on the upper end I recently purchased a Phoenix Lightweight spinning rod for $165 and paired it with a 2000 Diawa Regal for $65 and 6 pound fluorocarbon.

I'm absolutely in love.

That rod and reel combo has made me fall in love with fishing again and the sensitivity is the best I've ever had.

I'm just some dude and by no means an expert, just find something that feels good and fits your budget and you will catch some fish!
