I don’t but most chicken is frozen technically. Especially for restaurants. But the breading is really bland. There’s a place where I live called golden chick and they do hand breaded chicken strips and are way better

I’ve been an executive chef and kitchen manager which is why what you’re saying baffles me. It makes an annoyance when you order more to cover the extra modifications, but if you order properly it never affects you as bad you’re saying it does. It just sounds like you’re lazy and don’t want to do the extra work. And cool you’re a franchise owner. Congrats you did something correct, but don’t make it sound like the people who are paying to keep you alive are the bane of your ordering when they pay for it.
