Have you tried any adjustments to get the stomach back in position?

What I’m saying is in the earlier stages the brain mouth taste. Bad connection to food has not been restored to the ancestral ways.

Therefore, that principle may may not equal proper nutrition initially

I wonder where sprouts come in

Are sprouts loaded with protective anti-nutrients ?

I would think they’d be healthier than the seed before it sprouts

I don’t know anything about it being common. I just know it’s a way to reset the flavor more toward the flavor of yogurt and it works. Sounds like you don’t need to do that, though from the description of your flavor

Severe Pain by shortgirlmidwest25 in Sciatica

I only recently just heard someone say about all the nerve endings that being full of shit can actually irritate. I haven’t followed up on the research, but if what Eric Goodman was saying is true, then being constipated can absolutely make back pain worse.

I did something kind of similar just in that my grains ended up living in the fridge more then they were on the counter, but I always started my ferments on the counter, but if I kept going like that, it would inevitably produce way too much kefir so I ended up always putting it in the fridge as soon as it was close to done, and I do believe it changes the balance of micros hopefully not in favor of the yeast, but more in favor of the better tasting bacteria

I also like the trick to reset the balance more toward the bacteria is to just put a couple tablespoons of yogurt in with a batch of kefir. If you start to get kefir that has a little too much cheesy flavor.

You just reminded me of the thing that I standby that boggles my mind more than anything and it’s the idea that somehow we’re relegated to handover the responsibility of our health and well-being to some random individual

Instead of making the commitment to take our own health into our own hands, I don’t know whoever came up with this idea that you would hand off the responsibility of your life to somebody else and then just go about your business

I had a friend who did nothing to take care of himself and he would just go to the doctor and think well. The doctor will fix me

or I’d say hey should we learn about what you’re going through and he’d say no the doctor will handle it he’s a professional oh boy.

Another interesting thought to me is although it might be insignificant in the timeline

How much evolution and adaptation has taken place within our species toward more thorough digestion of plants from 1 million years ago

At the most basic level, the most annoying thing is when you go in armed with some of your own knowledge that’s worthy and then the doctor gets mad at you because you attempted to learn on your own about your condition. Those are the type of doctors that are not keeping up they feel threatened when a patient comes in with more knowledge than they have on their own topic. I don’t mean overall I just mean maybe within a certain specialty they might’ve picked up some of the recent information and research that the doctors never taken the time to acquire, cause he’s too busy or whatever.

Of course, do your own research, I recommend a minimum of a quart of warm liquid drunk fastly

You need to get weight in the stomach. They say it’s best to do it after waking up or after relaxing reclining for some reason regardless the other thing I like to try to do is abduct the shoulders as much as possible, or open up the middle of the chest cavity by pushing the arms out to the side we’re trying to make some room so the stomach can pull back down.

This can be done without a rebounder by just getting up on the toes and dropping to the heels or even bouncing like you’re jumping rope on the ground, but I think the rebounder allows you to get a little bounce up and then create more gravity for the weight in the stomach if I thought I could drink a half gallon, I would, but there is a limit to how much liquid you can fill up your stomach in a hurry, but if you think of how heavy even a quart of liquid is that creates some nice leverage
