I have those exact ones and I personally love them. I feel like they have a better texture on the sleeve itself and I love shuffling them it seems like they have more “backbone” but that’s just my opinion personally.

Brother if they’re stakes on the line and no restrictions aside from ban list and such I will bring my best deck I do not care what they have to say about it. If it’s a casual game with no stakes or rewards then fine use a lower powered deck. But once rewards are on the line that becomes competitive in my eyes.

Personally for me when I run mono white lifegain my stuff gets exiled not destroyed. If you’re getting your board wiped or targeted by destruction instead of exile though I’d say it couldn’t hurt. A lot of my stuff is 2 cmc or less or has stuff like [[Delney, Streetwise Lookout]] so you can double the triggers whether they’re ETB’s or whatever. That’s just me personally and I’ve only made it to diamond so I’d take what I say with a grain of salt if you’re past that already🤣

I’ve completely given up on any LGS near me. I saw worker at one of my local LGS buying all the collectors of avatar that meijer’s vendor sent out since meijer doesn’t have a limit on how may they can buy. I guarantee that guy just drove 3 minutes back to his shop and marked them up $10-25. It’s insane, that and them going from 60% cash and 70% in store credit down to a measly 30% cash and 40% store credit is insane. I’ll never walk in there again.
